Does this mean two or more riders riding together one behind the other or does this mean a bunch taking up the whole road? What if you should pass another rider, will this also be "bunching"? So I assume authorities will continue to condone it during sanctioned cycling events. As for cyclists overtaking one another, that has always been legal. I hope they do start clamping down on the ****wit cyclists who block the roads on their weekend rides, though...
