If it aint burning when you are peeing or if you dont have pain in your back or bladder area dont sweat it. I would worry if I pee red or green the next day.

This happened to me after eating a lot of beetroot one night, I thought i was busy dying but then realised what had happenedph34r.png

Exact same thing happened to me. I was convinced that my kidneys were failing until I remembered about the beets.

Did not know that about beet, maybe will add some beetroot to the menu tonight..

How much beetroot must you eat to see the red in your pee?

How much beet depends; one small beet might be enough for some people, while others will need to eat more. The amount of time taken to get rid of all the red also varies, as well as the time between consumption and the start of the red/brown urine.

Back on topic, USN Cyto Power does contain colourants (I don't know which ones specifically), so that could explain the red urine.

Was about to say that if i pee'd red i would be hearing alarm bells ringing very loud...the kind that say "Go see your Dr, Go see your Dr, ..."

Think it was Shakespear or someone old n wise like that said something like:

Oh yee who see

only what ye want to see

shall red pee...
