The Bicycle trader shop in Fourways does a lot of group training rides (road and mtb) during the week and on weekend. I noticed on their facebook page. So maybe check that out.

 

We do MTB'ing if you are interested.

A friend of mine told me that at cyclelab in centurion they do group road rides for beginners, etc. dont know if this is true, but maybe phone cycle lab at design quarter in fourways?

Cycle Lab Design Centre in Fourways have Saturday morning rides with marshalls for all levels.

Theres the roadies that leave from Engen on main every Tuesday to thursday morning starting at 4.50

Might be a bit fast though but nice route

She's with cyclelab club but they were too fast for her. But she has found guys who do cradle on Saturdays. She is going to cycle alone at 4am during the week to get more kms.
