The offending image, as used by peaty in his little jibe to the organisers, is this one from PB: http://gp1.pinkbike.org/p5pb9604716/p5pb9604716.jpg according to the discussion, the Enduro World Series rulebook states a rider must wear a helmet at all times during the event. The internet has taken that to mean that Fab should have been penalized for not wearing it properly: down and d-clips buckled up.
