Press fit BB for A Specialized Sworks Epic - help

Hi, I have a new frame which has a press fit BB, a specialized as above. The question I have is can you get a BB or an adapter that allows you to fit a normal external BB Shimano crank, or do I need to buy a new crank as well?

Yes I use a 'normal' external BB XT crankset, it's just a different BB!

I went from ext BB to press fit BB on my trek, and just moved the crank over. No Problem

get the Pressfit 90 BB - same as pressfit 30 but with a 24mm spindle.

Specialized actually make adapters that they send with their cranks, but the pressfit BB's are stiffer and easier to use and way lighter than an adapter plus plate plus a screw in set of cups.

oh and you can service the beaings in a pressfit just like an external rebuild

okay - looked online and I cant find - can you tell me where to get one> i can find
