I am entering 70.3 beginning of June and IMSA later this year. Its just too expensive to enter both at the same time.

I am planning on doing my first full. Have 2x 70.3's under the belt, so looking forward to it!

Well its the ten years reunion and they promised something special so hopefully we will get like `n limited edition medal and a nice goodie bag etc.

This will be my last IM for some time. Gonna look at some other challenges after this IM.... Maybe do a season of MTB stage races but who knows......

I think it could be quite lekker to alternate between IM and mtbiking events (Epic, Jhb to C etc). Will keep both sports fresh for the individual?

I will be there at 70.3 and IMSA 2014.

At the rate I am improving (steadily), it will be another five years before I go under 11 hours.

Also will be doing Alpe d'Huez triathlon next year if all goes according to plan.
