Hi Guys,

I have purchased a set of Campagnolo Scirocco G3 wheels and I'm looking for a campag to shimano freehub body. reason for this is I want to use these wheels on my single speed project and only shimano sprockets and spacers are freely available.

Does anyone have anything lying around or that could help ?

I have a similar problem. Need to convert some Campy wheels for my SS. Spacers aren't a problem, but SS sprockets to fit Campy free body is a challenge

Any suggestions anyone?

Engineers blue and a dremel tool (alternately a lathe or milling machine) and some hand fitting, and you should be fine - just adjust the SS sprocket to fit the campy freebody - the differences are not huge - put a shimano cog against a campy one and you will see.

Note - I have never done this, but I have compared them side by side, and the differences are not huge.

Ja, this was the option i was thinking until the post came along. Interesting to see if anyone else had some ideas.

I currently have stripped an old Campy cassette. Some of the sprockets come attached to the titanium carriers 2 at a time. i have used them like that in the interim.

But it is a waste of a usable cassette.

So some Dremel tool work may be the only option.

@ BogusOne I'm looking for a 16T or 17T rear Sprocket. where did you buy your spacers and locking nut from to hold the sprocket in place ?

Lol regarding the spacers and lockrings hmmm thats why I have plenty off sprockets laying around. Old cassettes that I raided from my road days :whistling:

Hi BogusOne,

Do you have any that are joined by the titanium carrier. Ie, 2 sprockets joined. I have stripped a good record cassette from a spare road wheel to obtain this.

If you have a discarded one lying around, i would love to grab it and return my cassette to its rightful place.

The 2 sprocket combo makes the "foot" thicker and less likely to bite into the free body.

Will take a look and see if i have. Think its mostly 9speed casettes. Will keep you posted
