The cones you should be able to buy at your lbs, ball bearings as well. At least change those before you put it back together. Just take a sample with you I've heard on some hubs you can get new cups too.

mikethebike234 Posted June 1, 2013 Author Posted June 1, 2013 Moral: cleaning your bike is a bad idea.when I started riding again I never washed my bike and so the cassette and chain wore out ...now I wash it every week and the hubs are stuffed I cant win..........
