Our team did a 6:24 last year on the doible century with a moderate amount of training and no ride by the team longer than 130km.

 

My question is to break the sub 6, we now have 6 months, should we aim to do longer rides or more intense short rides.

 

Any other tips for those that have done it before.

Short rides are not much use, unless they are quality workouts with some hill repeats (or a hilly course) hammer the hills or do interval sessions, like a 4 or 5 x 20 mins at 90%.
