Butterbean Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 Just have to post this because I haven't had this level of customer service for a while. HR strap was giving me hassles for a while. Contacted BRYTON via Facebook and literally a minute later I was on the phone with Jason who tried to give me a DIY fix. Didn't work.. So informed them, they said they'll swap it out for free! So just fetched my new HR monitor at the new lazer park store... Really good service from a company which I never would have expected! Thanks Jason and Adam! Seriously impressed!

My HR sensor is also buggered, they are not very sweat proof. It died on Day 1 of Joberg2c...The battery had literally rusted in there and I had to dig it out... I put in a new battery in and that didnt work, the unit was stuffed totally

Seriously impressed! had exactly the same experience with exactly the same problem with a HR strap because of the great after sales I've received from them will personally choose bryton over garmin any day.

I put in a new battery in and that didnt work, the unit was stuffed totally its a problem with the older sensors, contact them, they'll swap it out for you with the new model which is sweat proof

I'm very sure they'll help out immediately! They're also in the process of opening a Ghost concept store in lazer park. If this is the service they give, ghost owners will be swing wide very soon!
