You need to check inseam, reach measurements. Go to a bike store, preferably the one you buy spares at and get them to size you onto a frame, it really is a quick process.

There has been Qs on this forum previously about this, not a simple answer, without knowing your measurements and the bike your looking at.

Alternatively book yourself an Ergofit, the basic one which costs about R300-350. The technician then gives you parameters for frame size, crank, stem, setback, handlebar drop etc. you can then get a better idea of what to buy especially when looking at stem length and headtube height so you won't need to change components later.
