If the dust seal is still good and you're just doing an air can service, you can use over the counter Quad rings (1 of 3.53 x 26,58 & 1 of 3.53 x 31,34) that you can get from bearing man.

If the dust seal is poked you'll need to get the original Fox kit (same as the one you linked) and yes that one should work on a Fox Float R shock

That's the one. Super Mil is on the money with the quad rings from Bearing Man, but first take the air sleeve off and check if any dirt has got past the dust wiper. If not, then go ahead with this option. If there is contamination then you'll need to get the kit - the wiper is proprietary and that's the only place you'll find it. Also you get a handy little pack of Float fluid which will save you buying a big bottle of either that or gearbox oil.

So there is no wear and tear on them?

Nope, they are just spacers/void fillers to stop the quadring shifting about.

Just be gentle when you take them out.

Also, as per droo's suggestion, you can use gearbox oil to replace the Fox Float fluid. I have Bel Ray Gear Saver (80w) that I use on the dirt bike, so I use this when I do an air can service.
