Shoulder Brace/Strapping

I am looking to buy a (preferably second hand) or better still borrow a shoulder brace to help prevent shoulder dislocations (Can pay in beer!). Either an EVS or a Sixsixone as below. Nowhere to place this type of add in the classifieds so figured this would work... If you have one or know where I can get one please PM me. Surgery planned for the end of the year but I need one in the interim.

Speak to Jason at G2G. He wears one after his op that he got off CRC. I dont think it was a fortune.

He also keeps elastoplast in business with all that plaster on his shoulder prior to every ride !

Tried the plaster. Lost half my chest hair after a ride. Would rather suffer the dislocation TBH!! I'll give him a call and see what he got. Thanks!

I'm going for the consultation in August and then most likely surgery, just all takes time these shoulder specialists seem to all be rather busy and booked up!

I had shoulder surgery last November. A lot better now, well worth the pain and rehab!!

I have been "nursing" this for around 14 years now... Went to see THE shoulder guy in DBN. Dr Osman, a few months ago (saw him about 7 years prior to that and he mentioned surgery then...). I was lucky to get a cancellation otherwise I would have had to wait a few months He had a look and told me it was time. I told him I had aspirations of becoming World Champ in August in my age category and that I would come see him should anything go wrong before that, so we postponed it until later this year. Made it through a few races (DH) and have entered Masters World Champs. That's a shite load of entry fee to chuck away so I want to take every precaution until then to keep this thing together...

Measuring done. I need a Large unfortunately. Looking closer at that unit, I would prefer something like the 661 as I need to limit the sideways movement (when you lift your arm up next to your body not in front). Thanks though.
