Do lowers services with the correct oils and grease at recommended intervals, you don't need to replace seals each time, seals can last for ages. Using a bit of lowers suspension oil to lube up the stanchions is probably the best thing you can do. Hyperwiper is essentially just that but it has another trick which is the little nozzle the bottle has. With this nozzle you can poke behind the dust seals and actually get oil onto the foam rings.

They have the paint protection in stock but it's not as good as the stone chip vinyl, which they currently don't have in stock and couldn't give me a date as to when they will have it back in stock.

My trusty Leatt saved my life, the forces going through the brace were so strong that it started cracking the jaw piece off my helmet. I still broke vertebrae but in my thoracic spine. The brace as far as I understand does direct forces lower down and away from you neck, so design wise it did it’s job. Still sucked to end a day with a busted back.

Been super happy with my Fenix 5. Has lots of cool little apps and stuff for the sailing side of things and the Mountain biking profile does the job too. The wrist heart rate monitor isn't super accurate especially when water gets under it, but you can just get a HR strap. The best part about the watch is that it isn't fragile, I've had mine for nearly 2 years now and the anodizing on the bezel is wearing slightly on the edges but not a single scratch on the screen and hasn't given me a problem once. Also two years later and I still get a minimum of a week and a bit battery life out of it. This obviously depends on how much you use the GPS. The watch lasts for 2 weeks easily if your just using it as a time piece.

Crank brother Mallet pedals. The one pedal was stuck in the crank so had the shaft shaved a bit so a spanner could be used to remove it.
