I ride road and MTB so either would be awesome. Distance in week around 30 - 45 km and on road bike around 27 - 30km/h avg. Weekend could be a lot longer.

Weekend could be a lot longer.27kms/avg is crazyy fast for me, can hardly keep 22km/h avg. but happy to just sit on your rear wheel and die.
