In a flat, sprint race the 3 girls that will ride the Epic filled the podium. Imagine it was a hille route!And the girl in 2nd place stopped cycling for 7 years, started training seriously in SEptember 2007, with me, no speed training for any of them, and giving the league roadies a hiding.1. fandacious Posted February 9, 2008 Posted February 9, 2008 I've always maintained that our "pro" female riders do not put nearly enough time or effort into cycling. if they had to train just 1/2 of what the pro men train they would kick serious butt...
