Nice MTB Frame from Scott

Call me ignorant, but is that frame really so different from many other frames using that swing arm config? Looks a bit like the rally system, and a few other makes I've seen.

Thy are using an integrated seat post like on the LOOK 986.

Don't know if there is other manufactures doing it on MTB?

Imagine trying to get that bike into a bike bag or box, even a car boot ....... would you cut the seatpost off?

Still a Scott though...

LOL - they're OK I heard so long as you only ride them in the dark ..... when no one will see you!

On a road bike the resale of an integrated frame is difficult, on a MTB bike it will be near impossible.

Looks nice but the integrated S/P puts me off.  I used to drop my s/p about 1cm when playing at Logwood, just to get that extra bit of lean over the saddle.  With this one you're SCREWED!
