Looking for a dietician (as per above area) with interest/expereince in cycling.

I've tried some general dieticians/sport dieticians, but unfortunately without (relative) success.

there is nobody better than Andy Lambert www.howmuchfood.com

I almost fell off my chair when i saw what he charges and need to make sure I am not going to get a plan off the interwebs before I drop the that kind of cash.

Do you have more info as to what he did for you? Was the plan personalised, did you see real benefits etc...

Andy is the best - I will say that beyond a shadow of a doubt!

As for his fees - well I think they are relatively cheap! Yes the 1st consultation maybe is a bit expensive - but hey parting with cash will alway force complete committement. His follow ups are then really in expensive - well that my opinion.

He is the only dietician in 20 years of dieting that actually got me to lose many KG and even back to the weight I left school at after been over 1/4 of my body weight higher than what I was at 18 years of age.

Thanks. If it was just me it would not be so bad but it is for the family which makes the initial cost very steep. That said from your response the benefits certainly appear to be outweighing the initial cost.

Hey legends, searching the Hub for dietician recommendations and came upon this thread.

Can anyone recommend a reputable dietician in the Joburb northern suburbs (Sandton, Fourways, Bryanston etc), preferably someone with a focus on triathlete nutrition coupled with weight loss etc?

Much appreciated.
