I had an issue with my heart rate strap it stopped picking up my heard rate and when I wanted to replace the battery the connection came off with it. Contacted Adam Taylor and just asked about the best possible way to resolve the issue, he informed me to send the faulty strap back and they replace it with a brand new one.
