have not thought to check that,will do that tonight. tired of it holding me back.

you are a genius,right cleat was about 4mm lower than left and a bit loose,moved it,tightend it and right foot coming out easier than left foot now.cant believe i did not think to check that.kept thinking it was me.thank you. now i just have to remember to click out when i want to stop.

thank you for everybodys advice,used the shoes this weekend on a race this weekend.no hick ups,dont really know why i took so long to use it.
