Painting silver components?

So I have 6600 ultegra parts that come in the standard silver...

 

Would really prefer black as it would match my new frame!

 

In order of preference, it would be:

 

Crank arms

Brake arches

Derailures

 

I understand that the moving parts may rub and remove paint, but can you get paint to actually stick?

Possible to anodize the parts?

Strip the parts down and get them anodized.

I had a set of alu hubs done black and they looked pretty good.

That would be awesome! What's the wear on them like after anodizing? Is the anodizing a thick layer, ie, will it interfere with clearances?
