I saw these at the 94.7 expo. New to me. Anyone know how long they have been on the market?

 

Are the constructed in a similar way to Mad Fibers, i.e. spokes are bonded to rim and hub, and tensioned by pulling the 2 halves of the hub apart, and inserting a spacer?

I would never buy a wheel with proprietary spokes. I don't care which team rides them or how good they look. If I can't get it fixed in Knysna, Nelspruit or any other small town then it is not for me.

Well they are certainly droolworthely sexy, guess with these prop stuff you need a spare set of wheels around......

They have been around for a couple months internationally. They are constructed in a similar way to the now bankrupt and no longer made Mad Fiber wheels except for how the spokes attach to the hubs, how the spokes are tensioned and the hubs them selves. As far as I know the spokes are double length so both ends are bonded to the rim opposite each other and clip into the hubs in the middle. The front hub is carbon and the rear aluminium.
