SONDELA FAMILY STAGE RACE 6-8 DECEMBER 2013

 

120km in 3 stages. Entries and Timing done by ASG. Meals and refreshments are for the entrants own account between stages. Medical emergency backup will be available, as well as:

 

• Water Points; expect loads of fun
• Bike wash: We will have a bike wash available
• Bike Maintenance: Jimmy's Cycles will have repairs & spares available. If you ride a funny bike, please bring your funny spares with.
• Massages: Available on a pre-booking system
• Restaurant: will be available from 06:00 till 22:00 with a licensed bar
• Prizes: family holidays, activities, exciting excursions and for the lucky cash

12:00 - Registration at the Caravan Park

14:00 - 20km Time Trial Start (first in first out)

Entertainment Village at finish line including food stalls, live entertainment and ample cold beverages

17:00 - Prize giving, one prize per category

 

Saturday 7 December 2013 - 60km TRAIL

07:15 - Race Briefing

07:30 - 60Km Race Start

Entertainment Village at finish line including food stalls and Beverages

12:00 - Prize giving, one prize per category

Live Evening Entertainment : Cocktail party with Staff & Student Caberet

 

Sunday 8 December 2013 - 40km TRAIL

08:15 - Race Briefing

08:30 - 40Km Race Start

Entertainment Village at finish line including food stalls and Beverages

11:30 - Prize giving, one prize per category

 

Entry Fees - All 3 stages (excluding meals)
