Harryn Posted December 4, 2013 Share I have recently bought some tacx training films, and i am enjoying them. An irritating issue which i I am-having is that i find the picture almost always is about .1.4 km ahead of the elevation. For instance, I will ride to the top of Sukerbossie only to **** on the way down, as the top of the climb is not synchronized. The Argus film seems to be the worst worst culprit, but i am also experiencing this to a lesser degree on 2 other training films. I am running TTS 4 basic, and have just updated to the latest software update. I hoped the update would cure the problem, but it has not. Has anyone experienced anything similar, and can anyone suggest a fix? Many thanks Harry
Butterbean Posted December 4, 2013 Share Yeah. They also have a terrifying lack of scantily clad women... What else does everyone use to get motivated?
Zatek Posted December 5, 2013 Share Use the diagnostic tool to send a email to tacx. They normally respond within 2 days.

If you use vista download the patch from tacx site. I had the same problem and the updates fixed it.
