Had a warranty claim on 2 bikes,as it fell outside of the time frame,I was gearing myself up for a big fight.Was pleasently surprised when Victor came back and said although the warranty will not "kick" in their loyalty programme will.

 

The offer made to me was excellent and I am still a very happy Momsen rider.
