Again, great service. My son got his Silverback Sola 3 today, after all the before Christmas shipping issues. Price again the best by far! He was treated like the SA MTB champ by Clint. Thanks for getting the bike ready on such short notice! The FREE special setup for the long legs is appreciated. Thanks for the deal that you gave my son on the helmet he had to pay for. At this very moment he his reading every line of the instructions, and driving us nuts, to get the helmet to fit properly! Clint we appreciate answering all the newbie questions!

Morpheus, I agree, we should expect great service, I am an executive in retail, and know all about this. But, I started cycling again after 15 years and if I received this type of advice etc I might have not lost 15 years. My son and I enjoyed the whole experience, with a loan bike from Finish Line over the holiday period. We noticed a broken spoke on the rear wheel when the tire did the going flat thing; I was more than prepared to pay for the repairs. We were told, it is fine, “Did you have fun, was the only question asked!! My son has extremely long legs and huge feet, and just how he was treated with respect is an eye opener. When you ask for 13 to 14 size shoes, in a normal retail outlet, people laugh, and it is embarrassing to my son. Not once did we experience this at Finish Line. They helped me to make my kid feel normal!

Finish Line Cycles helped me out with my DH tube with a presta valve where others in Jhb just shrugged their shoulders.

Helpful bunch.

I still travel to Pta to have my bicycle serviced at my favourite LBS, but these guys will see me more now that eTolls are making the trip too expensive.

Bought my Momsen from them, they gave me a awesome deal without me even asking for it.

They did the same for a friend I took there to get a bike for her.

They are always friendly, always willing to give advice, always willing to get hold of whatever you want.

Oh yes, they make a nice cup of coffee.
