I went trough my stash last night and found what I was looking for. Galli Criterium crankset, matching Galli seatpost, ITM cockpit... I also found a white Unicanitor saddle but I think I should go with a Turbo instead. What do you think?

I'd be riding the bike to work tomorrow IF my beer can shim hadn't failed. Getting frustrated.

Looking good. Nice crank.

Those "Ergo" bars look a little out of place on your build.

You need a track or even a criterium bar.

Just my thoughts, hope I haven't offended.

Totally agree with you quintonb, I will replace the handlebar when rest of the build is finished.

I'm currently struggling to get an acceptable chain line:

I think because its a road bike the rear isn't centre to the BB.

You may have to either offset the rear hub if possible and re-dish the rim, or extreme case have the rear "cold set".

Not sure the "flip-flop" hub is going to do the trick....

I was spinning the crank with a dummy pedal. Hand got between the frame and the crank. Hand got mutilated. Won't be riding any time soon.
