They used a slower winning time on the Berge n Dale, which would theoretically give it a harder index by a bit. Last year BnD had a beta of 1.11 vs 0.93 this year.

 

The index for R4S is harder than last year (0.89), but I agree it was harder than the fast one?

 

It will be nice to have this part of the process transparent too. ei: How is beta calculated.

Either way it applies to all, but it will be nice to see.
