carbon29er Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 A trick for knowing with CRC is that if the local VAT on your purchase is less than R500 it's worth looking at the DHL paid express option as DHL don't bother collecting amounts less then R500 whereas the Post Office does.
