Danger Dassie Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 Sometimes a bike shop will still have a used cardboard box in good condition, alternatively you can buy a new cardboard bike box for about R100. Far as I know, Cyclelab have these available.

Doesn't surprise me, there was so much snotty bitching about paying R100 to package a couple of k worth of bike. How dare they.

I don't understand the issueEvery bike sold arrives in a bike box and they are trashedI can understand a bike shop charging to pack the bike because its time and time is money.We used to just give the boxes away

The boxing companys themselves don't provide that specific box either.There's a difference between providing a new unused box and giving away one that's been used though. Anyway, we're going off topic ...
