Does anybody know of a good sports physio in Somerset West/Cape Town

Having recently had a rotational distal tibial osteotomy, I have spent the last 6 weeks in a non weight bearing cast that is about to come off and I would like to ride again as soon as possible.

 

Obviously heeding the doctors recommendations, I would like to start with a fairly aggressive rehab programme thereafter so I would like fellow hubbers to recommend a good physio in the Somerset West or Cape Town area who is preferably a fellow cyclist and/or who focuses on ankle rehab in particular.

Christiaan Le Roux is a former Epic rider, Phil Nel has an Argus or two under his belt.

As a team they are, without question in my humble opinion, the absolute best in the region.

They began putting me back together 7 years ago - this year is my sixth consecutive Argus - I still see them regularly and couldn't possibly have come this far without them.

Trust me, you'll know instinctively when you meet them that they're the right people for you.
