Does anyone work or know anyone at the new Rosebank building?

 

I would like to get permission to ride Trials on the rocks they have in the garden.

We have been there once but the guards chased us away pretty fast.

They are perfect for practicing, all different heights, different gaps and a bit of water added in is always fun.

Skated and filmed there a few times,was only kicked near the main entrance... helps if you give the guards a few bob and cigarettes

I know the architect and her hubby very well. He rides MTB and was an occasional Hubber.

Is that the big gardens next to the building? I don't think those actually belong to Std bank - they are actually a park from memory - there was an article about the deal std bank struck with the city to get access through the park in the Rosebank/Killarney gazette a couple of years ago.

Yes, the new building by McD's, I found an article that says its a public area but its still their property at the end of the day.
