Yep - See below from the Hakahana Facebook page...

"October 21st"

Hakahana 2015 Enduro champs is 28/29 November. We have decided to go with the format of 3-4 stages on sat and 3 stages on Sunday. This to encourage new riders into enduro without having to slog out 6 stages in one day, but still make it challenging enough for the top ou's. This will also enable us to avoid the heat on both days and be able to wrap up earlier on the Sunday. The weekend before will be practice days, boosted by a Pyga skills day on the Sunday 22nd. Bookings will be opening next week.

Am I missing something or is there still no way to book for this event? I'm getting paranoid. Also I need to see what its going to cost since two day's worth of petrol will be a consideration. Camping probably won't be possible.

Sorry guys, my graphics guy (and host) got hacked. They're putting the pieces back together again. Will be open shortly..

and Ben most people usually out saturday to practice anyway. We considered that... What we didn't consider was the cost of two days of medics. Eh! But its going to be great. Looking more like a 7-stage now. 4 on sat. 3 on Sun.

@BenGraham two days petrol may be costly but trust me, this is not an event to be missed. This is going to be the biggest and best enduro to date!

Hang in there for bookings to open, it will be worth the wait.

Okay. I can understand how that throws a spanner in the works. Will wait in anticipation.

What kind of bikes are you guys using anyone on hardtails ?

I'm on a cotic soul. To be fair I am running a 150mm fork but my first enduro I rode on a 100mm hardtail with cantilever brakes and I still had a great time. Its not for everyone I'm sure but it certainly grabbed me and showed me the light. I went straight home and sold the 100mm sid that was going on my bike to buy the 150mm sektor (it has a 120mm option which I thought I'd use but the truth is I rarely bother its too much of fun at 150).
