rysmier Posted March 31, 2014 Share I participated at in the vineyard races this weekend at Lourensford. I did see some spectacular crashes.(even crashed myself). However not all of this was the riders fault but alot due to overcrowding in the singletracks,and then the worse - ignorant,selfish riders that dont care to look whats going on around them. Pulling in in front of faster riders,Braking dead on going downhill,walking dead in the middle in the singletrack around blind corners etc. Let me know what you saw,or even better did u get some footage - share your link please. Was a battle to get through the slower riders that arrived early.Luckily I managed to get some clear single track later in the race, but bumped a tree on one corner and nearly fell and then later slipped on an exposed root going in the direction of the single track...
