There are two options available ; 35 or 55 km

 

 

 

Both routes nestles at the foot of the Magalies mountains in the well known de Wildt valley .

 

The routes will take you thru some of the best landscapes Gauteng has on offer ; Farm lands , River beds , Bushveld forests , Grasslands & the mountain . Therefore both routes offer a generous mix of single tracks & mountain climbs .Be sure to keep an eye out for the Antelope & other wildlife along the routes .

 

 

 

Two family routes are available : 5 & 10 km

 

The 5 km loop will take you along the farmland & Bushveld vegetation around the school

Why was this race canceled. I already entered and spent the money. What now?

Yep Cancelled. I have mailed Cycleevents for a refund and they advise that it will be processed ASAP.

According to what I heard the race was cancelled due to the low number of entries received.

Anyone that has entered will be given the option of their entry fees going towards the next event to be held later in the year, or getting a refund.

Hi, There will still be marshals and free entry to the route. The event is SEMI on but wont be timed and no prize giving. The next race is 08 November. Well that is what I got told. I made plans to go there so I guess I will still rock up and enjoy the ride.

Was a excellent race with about 23 riders. Lot of singletrack with water, rock, sand an turf.btwo heavy uphills. Definetely support the next race at this location. These people go out of their way today for a practice ride with marshalls and allso a waterpoint. Only the 35 km was done measured about 30 km on edomondo . Pls support them for the net event
