Hi I have a cube ams 120 pro series . I would nt swop it for anything ( except the carbon version) . From the first ride I just felt immediately at home needed very little set up. I have a 19" frame and the bike as standard is sooooo awesome every time I ride it I am blown away. Anything from long outrides to tricky rocky sections . I do a lot more rocky sections ( which I used to hate) than ever before. It climbs like a beast and descends so fast it makes me look like I can ride :-) My previous bike was a team carbon Merida 26". I loved that bike but would never ever go back, and I wasn't pro 29er. Then I rode the cube.

This obviously only my humble opinion but I can't sing high enough praises about my cube.

100% sram xo, dt Swiss wheels and hubs and awesome awesome awesome formula R1 brakes . Would love to get a carbon. My mate has been looking for a cube ams 120 since we swapped Bikes for part of a ride. The geometry and build quality is excellent.

I personally really like the look of the cube, almost unassuming in all black.

Brilliant handling, love the 120mm travel. I can go quicker with more control ,fox front and back ( 29 wheels obviously play a part) downhill rocks & roots , it just eats them up.

Decent spec ? I would say so...Sram xo shifters & derailleurs. Formula r1 brakes ( best brakes I have owned) DT Swiss wheels and hubs ( almost same weight as my wife's Stan's crest) but better looking. The build quality is truly excellent,(but so are most bikes in this price range ? )

The ride and the geometry of the bike is the most impressive of all for me. Instantly comfortably and completely confident. Every time I ride this bike I am impressed at how it handles and how at home I am on it. Longer rides are no issue anymore it just eats up the ground. Technical rocky sections which I used to avoid I now do with confidence, Again I came from a 26r so that must have a part to play.

I honestly at this point would not swop my cube for anything . I am having to much fun on it,and after all that's why I do this.

I would recommend this bike to anyone, but that is just my personal 2 cents worth.
