which trance advise

Hey all. Been looking at getting a full suspension bike that is more trail orientated. Think I have narrowed my choices down to these two, mainly for budget purposes, the trance 2 27.5 or the trance x1 29er. Both I have found round the 20k mark. Im looking for a bike to buy and ride, no needing to add this or that upgrade for a while. I live in gp and currently ride a 29er ht. I ride the usual places, van gaalens, red barn, kings kloof etc. Looking for a do it all bike, odd marathon, fun trail ride once a week, im going to keep the ht for distance rides.

any feedback would be appreciated.

Trance 27.5, especially if you're going to keep the ht, though you may find the ht starts to gather dust.

I have had both.

 

Get the 27.5. It is is nearly as fast, but a lot more fun, and will jump almost anything.
