I got a pair of Dekine ventilator full finger at a shop out in boksburg for 60 bucks, they have bins with plenty for sale, just a hassle to find a size as they mix all women's, kiddies etc in the bins. had some issues with stitching failing in some areas but for the price you cant complain, get a few to swop around look and feel for the price of one pair elsewhere.

as the title says, what can be done to make this bike lighter? Bike is a Giant Trance x4 model http://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-us/bikes/model/trance.x4/7321/44098/#specifications My GF has been riding this bike now for almost a year and she is really enjoying it, only problem now is that the weight of the bike is becoming an issue so I am now looking at what can be done to drop some weight off the bike. I am currently looking at the following for now: - wheel change from the standard SXC-2 to Easton EA90XC - found these going for R2500 - groupset change from old deore to new 2 x 10 SLX (crank, bb, cassette, derailer, shifters and chain) - still looking for a set availble - handle bar and stem maybe - still looking - new tyres (UST tubeless will be a good start) - still looking Any other suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated?

you can also opt for the silver anodising route, or even a colour anodised frame. the pics are of my old HT stripped own and silver anodised. easy to clean and wears very well.

Changed back to the original evolution layout with colour and changed up the clear down tube protective to a full colour to match the rest.

Well gents check the images, this is what I have lying around. I also have the stock evolution decal artwork and stock wheel artwork so if you wanna keep it stock with just different colours that can be done as well.

I got plenty spare fox shock decals that I was playing around with the colours etc (they based on the heritage decal layout), the rim decals are similar to the originals just made bigger, changed the colour up and made the text slighty bolder etc. If you want let me know as they just gonna sit there or be binned, I will post a pic up tomorrow of what I have. If you want custom I can do that as well just let me know.

Got my gf a pair of ion from cycle lab fourways and a pair dekline from swindle with extra inners(the deklines are the preferred pair now and swindle turn around time was awesome, 2 days order to door)

Anyone know if the reign 2 wheels would be a suitable upgrade for the trance instead of going the more expensive flow route? If yes, anyone selling some?
