Its a hire car, you can strap the bike to the bonnet!

fast..... and like you stole all of them, usually with the mrs in the back seat and the bike up front wrapped in finest sheep skin.

Very good riding in Rotorua and Taupo, OK riding in Napier, Auckland try's hard but doesn't really have the elevation. Wellington is fantastic as is everywhere in the SI.

 

Slightly different riding culture over here, very little riding that isn't singletrack, and mid travel (150mmish) 26's still rule the roost. Plenty of mental riding if you are looking for it!

im glad someones asked this question coz I'm going there for the end of oct on a 23 month working holiday visa. have absolutely no idea where I'm going to go once i land in auckland tho..
