I feel nothing for him! Dopers should get lifetime bans! Coward!

Paulissen wasn't exactly squeaky-clean either.

Was also the first thing that crossed my mind but I cannot recall any specific incident

When will it stop? They should be banned for life, no chances! If they take drugs for reason, they should report to UCI or race organiser....

If they want clean sport, get rid of all cyclists, managers, coaches, doctors, who used to take drugs before...

Enough! enough!

The nonsense continues.....

Nobody knew exactly why Sergio Henao was stopped from racing and now, having been shrouded in doubt, nobody knows what’s convinced the scientists and the team that he’s ok to return to the Tour de Suisse. Sharing the data with the UCI and WADA’s laudable but as well as science there’s a PR battle and with it the team needs to convince those who don’t wear lab coats, especially the French public.

Team Sky have probably missed a pedagogic trick to inform and even bore fans with scientific lectures on values, both haematological and educational. The team said in a press release they hope that in due course a paper will be released but in today’s world of social media judgement and with the Tour de France just weeks away, hoping an academic paper might appear in due course is asking fans and sceptics alike to trust the team.

Currently much of the news about Team Sky comes from the outside, Wiggins told L’Equipe he was unlikely to ride the Tour de France and the same newspaper got the scoop Henao could lead in the Tour de Suisse.

so is BS banned then?

From the epic....it seems so...no more.

He can ride the tour bus, mix the drinks...make bacon and eggs perhaps....but ride, don't think so

And contrary to what Paulissen claims:

Clomiphene is a doping substance according to the Penal Code. Particularly men, who use anabolic steroids, commonly use clomiphene or other anti-estrogens (for example, tamoxifen) as an accompanying drug.

The purpose of clomiphene, in this case, is to inhibit the estrogen problems caused by the overdosed anabolic steroids, that appear when anabolic steroids convert in the body to estrogens or other metabolic products that have estrogenic effetcs. These problems, in men, include the over-growth of breasts (gynecomastia) and blood coagulation disturbances.

Even though clomiphene accelerates testosterone secretion, its muscle growth increasing effect is in practice insignificant. It should also be noted that with large doses, clomiphene changes from anti-estrogen to estrogen. Small doses block estrogen receptors, but large doses stimulate them. Because of that, clomiphene is not used in large doses.

The Epic should in all honesty, not be welcoming him back either :cursing:

Yip agree Andrew....it will be awesome if they are banned from the epic in any form...from team management to rider...No place for these losers
