David has awsome talent and maybe is passed his sell by date but hey even if he is he is still kicking all the other Pro's/Elites in SA's ass on a regular basis and is doing pretty well on a MTB. Get over it he is a bad attitude, so does RH and Rupert Rheeder swore to much get a life guys really this a is BS post to mock some guys that can ride better than the whole forum put to together and I never saw any other SA rider win a stage for the 5 days I watched the Giro and DG was hounded by BW riders for 5 days, every day no matter where he went he was covered so I guess that says nothing that the BW team were sh*tting themselves to race against him as they know what he is capable of. DG has got skills and has the CV to prove it at Worlds TT and Road, TDL, Giro, SA Champs and he has done a Major tour or 2. Really to bad if he pushed you out the way at sign in it sounded like you never had a pen in your hand and he did and maybe he was on his bike cause he didnt want to walk. Im sure you have never pushed in anywhere ever before? Guys really leave the guy to ride his bike and be a bad ass Im gonna sleep the same tonight wether he gives donations to the SPCA or not and to let it bother you is well..........really pathetic.

What the heck does it matter if he has a bad attitude, I don't see him running for the Pope's job soon? ....if you don't like the guy so be it, but don't belittle what he does as a cyclist....that undoubably he is brilliant at..... fluit fluit my storie is uit, and yes....shoot me, I'm a big David George fan....

I don't know him at all and will not even pretend to say i do but if that is the case, that certainly was not called for and won't win him many admirers. I know that chunky rates him big time and always stands up for him, maybe he can aswer my question then?Surely all the above mentioned teams could not be wrong in realeasing him of his contracts because he was not good enough, clearly he is. Look, David is not an easy person to work with. He expects things to be done correctly or not at all. With regards to his Braloworld Contract, there were many behind the scenes issues that lead to both parties not renewing. Both Ryan and David were asking for pretty hefty pay increases to which TBW were not prepared to pay. Its His choice if he accepts the money or not. The only reason I stand up for David is because he is a class above the rest. Wether you like him or not he is way above the rest. Have a look at past results, David is hardly ever beaten by a South African when it counts. Olympics, World Champs etc etc.

How many times do you think he has been tested in his career? How many times have you been told DG has a positive. Hell Lance has had more positives than DG. Get a life please. If you want him tested then go pay for it.

How many times has Hunter been tested... blah blah blah...
