I chose the collect rather than deliver option Ordered item at 9am got call at 12pm saying i can pick it up. Have always had great dealings with them .Have to say, dont get why peeps hate on the Lab, not a member of the club but have bought a bunch of stuff from them, always had great service from workshop, staff always attentive and polite, range of product is awesome, they always doing stuff to promote cycling.
