Old news, they have even been reviewed by various testers, and almost all of them came to the conclusion that the 29er version was about a million times better.

 

I know a few guys that have spent 2 weeks on these bikes testing them for the Trans Provence later this year.

 

They were on the 29ers and are only raving about the 650B.

 

Only place according to them where the 29er is better is on long smoothe open stretches......everywhere else the 650 is trumps.

 

They are bi£%^ching about the paint quality on the frames though.Say it stains very easily from oil or grease.

Typical South African conditions. :whistling: . Havent ridden it, def will, and will then make my judgement. The 29er Stumpy however is one of my absolute favourite bikes on the planet.
