Does anyone know where I can find a 70 0r 80mm stem for a standard size handle bar on a road bike?

there is a 70mm in the classifieds http://www.thehubsa....chey-stem-70mm/, may not be standard size from looking at it.

 

Ask you lbs to source one for you?
