I am in the Midrand area and really looking for a group that I can join on either the road or MTB early on weekday mornings. I am happy to drive to meet up with people, say in Lonehill or surrounds? I am sure there are plenty of us looking for partners to ride with! Looking forward to hear where everyone is riding.

Think Mtb wil be safer bet...due to traffic. Not sure about mtb routes. How about Tuesday and Thursday mornings?

Thanks for this. Any route maps? Do they meet every day?

Monday is a very small group, Tuesday - Friday there are quiet a few groups. There are various loops they take. Haven't been up there much myself lately due to no road bike and the cold (yes I know, have got the kit but after 6 years of winter training, I'm training indoors this year). When is warms up a bit we going to be doing SnT on Wednesday and Friday's.

Engen road rides and I am semi over it and then need to shower at the gym. So what is the verdict on riding? Will we be able to gather about 4 guys to start Thursday?

Thursday is Cadence for me. When we do Engen ride again, we will do Surf n Turf, up on the road and back down the spruit.

Hi All

I'm looking to ride early mornings during the week from the Fourways area. Anyone cycling from about 5am in this area?

Thanks

Paul

There are rides that leave from the Cycloworx shop. They ride most days, paused for winter, small group but nice guys. Ive ridden with them quite a few times. their site, www.cycloworx.co.za, Harry Steyn is the guy to speak to.
