Odinson Posted June 8, 2016 Share Ooh, while we're on the sbject. I'll be sending my Marzo 350 off for a service soon(ish) and have the option to have a set of SKF low friction seals fitted. Are these any better than the regular replacement parts used on Marzo's?
JXV Posted June 8, 2016 Share Does anybody know where we can buy SKF kits directly from SKF agent ???I tried looking them up when first announced. Could not find them and SKF agent didn't know. Maybe now that some time has elapsed...... They come in pre-packaged kits with SKF branding but the international RRP is quite high. Similar price to the Fox kits and those have SKF seals in anyway. Are these any better than the regular replacement parts used on Marzo's?Try some Fox Gold 20wt oil in your lowers for low friction .... super stuff .... just check for compatibility as it is apparently not compatible with some older types of seals. Since Fox bought Marzo I reckon there is a good chance the info will be available...... Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

Where are you sending the fork that's giving you the option?

I honestly don't know whether my seals are SKF or not. I'm contemplating mailing my fork to these guys for a service: http://marzocchiworkshop.blogspot.be/p/service-via-windwave.html They offer the SKF seals when you send your fork to them. I'm in Belgium, so postage wouldn't be too hectic (I hope). I haven't found a Marzocchi service centre here in Belgium yet, so these guys seem to be a viable option. David Marshall Posted December 17, 2016 Share Give Solomon's a call. I saw some in the Woodmead store a while ago. They may have in Pretoria as well.
