Strava in Chinese or Japanese symbols?

I use a garmin fenix, which I sync with garmin connect. It ephemeral use a website service called tapparik that auto syncs garmin connect with strava. Problem is since yesterday the ride or run name is in Chinese symbols. Any ideas?
