RABUBI Posted August 13, 2014 Posted August 13, 2014 Depends. The FULL Mtb is very fair. There are two tough-ish climbs but both on dual-track so bunching shouldnt be a problem. The rest is flowy and fun, almost entirely on contour with a few small surprises. It will still test you. Does it go over saartjies nek? or does it more follow the trailseeker half marathon route?

Been running around like a chicken who lost his head, didn't cycle that much but for 30 k's cycling I personally need to focus more on the running part, although you can make up more time on the cycle part.
