Hi, hello and welcome.

 

I would just like to dedicate this thread to the people over at sportsworld.co.za and their really great service not only with their sales but their support as well.

 

I have made 3 orders from them and every time it was really good and smooth. The first time there was a mess up with my package but the people at the post office was a little bit confused and sportsworld went ahead and sorted this mess out for me. After that order, I just leave a comment on my order telling them to double check the with post office and I have never had the same issue.

 

Thanks for the good service and reasonable prices.

nice one - it never ceases to amaze me how much loyalty retailers get when they fix a glitch willingly, quickly and efficiently. Far more that if they had just got it right in the first place - it shows they actually give a £#%& for their customers

Yeah, totally agree.. Wanted to fit a helmet before buying, just phoned them up and with 20min noticed they let me pop around, on a Saturday afternoon nogals, were extremely helpful and friendly!!

 

One happy helmet wearing customer! :)
