Anyone using FitTrack?

I have been using FitTrack for some years and have had no problems uploading my Garmin data to the site (from a Forerunner 910XT & Edge 510).

 

I have recently stopped using the Forerunner and moved over to the fenix 2.

 

However, when I go to the website to upload the data, I get the an error that I am not able to recall, something along the lines of "array being out of range?"

 

I have been in contact with FitTrack on more than one occasion and they are very helpful until I send them the error details and then all comms. stop. Anyone know what the issue is?

 

I have tried it on three different PC's and all work for the other units but give the same error on the fenix 2. I've even tried to take the actual files off the fenix and more to my desktop before uploading as a file and still no joy.

 

Any ideas from our resident techies?

Not a techie and haven't had that problem on fittrack but here is my suggestion anyway.

 

Have you tried converting your file to a different format?

Tried that but it's a bit cumbersome so I was hoping to avoid that.
